• Each session is 50 minutes in length

• Frequency of sessions is determined primarily by you, with the Counselling Therapist providing advice

• Sessions are held on a secure telehealth platform

• We accept E-Transfer and Credit Card payments

• We currently only work with individual adults. Couples to come in the new year
