Meet the team
Our team consists of Registered Counselling Therapists who meet regularly to discuss our professional development, support each other, and exchange theories and techniques. This ensures our whole team is continuously growing and learning, able to support you through an ever widening set of struggles. We are devoted to professional development and introduce each other to new ideas regularly. Our goal is to always make sure we're the therapists we wanted to be.
Our Counselling Therapists have all been carefully selected for their warmth, passion, and commitment to the field. While our approaches to therapy vary, our work with you starts with a position of non-judgmental inclusivity. The world can offer enough judgment sometimes. We're aiming to provide an emotionally safe space for you to explore, grow, learn, and heal.
Meet Alex Ozon
Counselling Therapist, MA, CCC, RCT
As a therapist, my goal is to create a space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore the changes you want to make. Together, we’ll work on developing tools that not only help you cope but also lead to long-term growth and balance.
In my practice, I use an integrative approach, blending evidence-based techniques with a warm, client-centered focus. With specialized training in Somatic and Attachment focused Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (SA-EMDR), I offer more than just traditional talk therapy. Together, we can address not just your thoughts, but your body’s responses to stress and trauma, promoting deeper and lasting healing.
I believe in creating a therapeutic space that is honest, supportive, and free from judgment. Whether you're facing past traumas or present-day stress, I’m here to work with you at your own pace. We are all worthy and deserving of support.
Meet Kelly Linehan
Counselling Therapist, MA, RCT-C, RP-Qualifying
I believe that once you know a person's story, everything they do makes sense.
The challenge many of us face is finding the time and space to really understand that story…and finding a person you trust enough to share it.
I take the honour of working as a counselling therapist very seriously, though (I hope!) my sessions are the furthest thing from stuffy. I worked for 10 years in media, talking to people from all over the country, and it taught me that the root of true connection is authenticity. I show up as myself so you can too.
That means a holistic approach to therapy, where we look at your whole life rather than just a collection of symptoms. Don’t get me wrong, we won’t ignore those symptoms. Using evidence-based tools, we will work towards getting relief, but we will also delve into the roots of the issue to find lasting healing.
When I’m not working, I am fixing up a 150-year-old homestead in Lunenburg County with my husband, our two little ones and a chubby lab.

Meet Zell Dharsee
MA, RCT, RP, ADHD-CSP, CCTP, Psychoanalyst(c), Clinical Director
Having worked in many different fields of Psychotherapy for over 10 years, I’ve developed an appreciation for holistic approaches to well-being. Events from our past can lead to us carrying patterns and anxieties that hold us back, affecting our perception and experience of what’s happening. My goal is to help you get unstuck by gaining new insights, developing new coping skills, and to ultimately build resilience.
Having had opportunities to teach Psychotherapy, and provide supervision and mentorship, my appreciation for this work is renewed hourly. I have completed extensive trainings and blend modalities to deliver tailored care to my clients.
I have trained in both CBT & Psychoanalysis, and am an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider and a Fully Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
I approach psychotherapy from an integrative angle, applying multiple approaches to meet the needs of my clients. My sessions are often on the less structured side, making room to explore your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs as they unfold.
